Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Club a replacement for private training?
Not exactly. The club is designed to complement private training or support you between sessions. It’s ideal if you want ongoing guidance, help troubleshooting new challenges, or reassurance that you’re on the right track—without committing to continuous 1:1 work or additional group classes. That's another reason the cost is so low - you don't have to choose between the club and other training opportunities.

What kinds of dogs is the Club best for?
This club is for people living with reactive, fearful, sensitive, or easily overwhelmed dogs. That includes dogs who bark, lunge, shut down, struggle on walks, or find the world a little (or a lot) hard to navigate.

Do I need to have worked with you before to join?
Nope! While some members are former or current clients, the club is open to anyone who aligns with compassionate, evidence-based training and wants thoughtful, realistic support for their reactive dog.

What if I can’t attend the live calls?
No problem. Monthly behavior calls are recorded so you can watch on your own schedule. Weekly office hours are live and you can submit questions outside of the designated times. Many members find value just knowing support is available when they need it.

Can I ask questions about my specific dog?
Absolutely! That’s a big part of the club. You can ask questions during monthly calls, and weekly office hours are specifically for private, real-life questions that may feel personal or time-sensitive.

What if my dog has aggression or a bite history?
The club provides guidance, education, and support - especially around the stress of raising a dog with a bite history. However, it’s not a substitute for individualized behavior intervention when safety is a concern. I’ll always be honest about when additional 1:1 support or referrals are needed.

Is this club judgment-free?
Absolutely. Reactive dog parents already carry enough stress, guilt, and pressure. This is a shame-free space focused on understanding, progress, and realistic expectations.
How long do I have to commit?
Stay as long as the club feels supportive and leave when you feel ready. Founding members lock in their rate for life, as long as they remain active members. If you joined at the yearly rate, you can leave at the end of the one year period.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Annual memberships are non-refundable, but you’ll continue to receive access for the full year.

I’m overwhelmed already—will this add more to my plate?
No! The club is intentionally designed to offer small, useful doses of support—not more homework, not more pressure, and not more content than you can realistically use.
